What administration roles are required?
As we are very limited with resources and capacity, so we need help with just about any admin work you can think of. Ideally you would be close to head office in Coffs Harbour NSW, but there is a lot of work that can be done remotely, such as;
- Data input and analysis
- Surveys and drafting reports
- Governance development (policies and procedures)
- Developing databases and emarketing
What criteria is required?
For minimal impact on staff it is preferred that you already have the experience and appropriate skills so no training is required - i.e. extensive experience, or Cert 4/Diploma in a Business and Administration course.
What will I need?
- Good internet
- Reasonable quality computer with up to date programs
- Time available
How often will I be needed and what do I need to commit to?
We never ask anyone to do more than they can without disrupting their lifestyle, so you will need to have a good idea about how much time you have available, e.g. 3 hours every Tuesday afternoon.
The main commitment we need is for you to keep in touch with your supervisor and respond to emails etc. in a timely manner so we know what is happening, and that you tell us if you are unable to complete a task.
There is no problem if volunteers can no longer work for us - we just need to know.
