GROW WITH US!
The last few years has seen significant changes to DIDs, and along with these improvements comes increased engagements with dads in distress. The number of callers to our help line, attendees at our meetings, number of active volunteers (around 100), and friends of DIDs wanting to support us continually increases.
This is a reflection of the great work done by our staff, board and volunteers, but also brings increased operating expenses with it. You may not be aware that operating our national help line is not included in the government funding we receive - nor is supporting dads in distress and volunteers that live outside of the funded regions (Mid North Coast of NSW, Western Sydney, and Frankston & associated regions in Melbourne).
